1.- Face conflicts with other people: If you have a problem with someone, tell them. Avoid blaming words and instead use friendly language.
2.- Eat healthily: Eat well and spend time on this activity as well as other activities that are important to your life.
3.- Plan your time: Always arriving late is harmful to your health, it generates stress, consider your priorities and assign time to each task.
4.- Resist cognitive distortions: Sometimes people make problems bigger than they really are, think and reason before reaching a conclusion.
5.- Ask for help: If you have a problem that overwhelms you, ask for help, there will always be someone willing, consult a book, call a friend, etc.
6.- Learn to delegate: Time is limited and sometimes we do not have enough, we have to delegate and trust that someone else can do it too.
7.- Take advantage of small pockets of time: You may not have time to relax every day, but everyone can take a few minutes to breathe by turning off the sensors in their brain.
8.- Identify tensions: Pamper yourself with a massage, a hot bath, going for a walk, sunbathing or doing relaxation techniques.
9.- Stay optimistic: Create a mental list of things you should be grateful for in life, watch funny movies, do creative activities, cultivate a good mood.
10.- Socialize with other people.
Loneliness is a major source of stress, get involved as a volunteer in the community, make friends, go out for coffee, enjoy a concert.
